• Definition of materiality analysis, identification of relevant topics and key indicators to report.
• Gap analysis of non-financial information against the main reporting benchmarks / legislation (e.g. GRI Standards; Decree-Law 89/2017; CSRD; European Taxonomy; TCFD; SASB; among others).
• Definition of sustainability information systems (e.g. indicator sheets) for KPI collection and performance monitoring.
