As the main challenge in the retail sector, we have identified the omnichannel approach that foresees not only a coherent presence in all channels, but also the improvement of the shopping experience, use and Customer Care through new digital information and communication technologies (from the trivialization of e-commerce to the creation of virtual reality campaigns).
