Yoram Fishman is a managing partner at Auren Israel, the Israeli office of the international leading consulting firm AUREN. The firm is one of the top-20 consulting firms in the FOF (Forum of Firms), under the restricted professional standards of the international federation IFAC.

As a managing partner of the Corporate & Finance Department, Yoram Fishman leads the professional field of corporate finance consulting of Auren Israel. Auren is part of the international alliance of independent firms, ANTEA, with a global spread of 300 offices in more than 70 countries around the world.

The Israeli offices of Auren are placed in two locations: Tel-Aviv and Jerusalem.

Auren main activity is to assist businesses to maintain business growth and to accompany businesses in all required business aspects, business development, technology, marketing & sales, finance, accounting & audit, international taxation, etc.

Yoram Fishman Yoram has a degree in accounting and finance. He is an expert in finance and financial consulting. Yoram has a vast knowledge to provide professional consulting services and business solutions in the fields of Valuation Assessments, Mergers & Acquisitions, Risk Management, Due Diligence, and Business Recovery.

He was the CFO of QIZ and MAJESTIC from Star-G.
He was the CFO of TELEFLIGHT Technologies Ltd. and TELEFLIGHT LLC.
He worked as a director of several public companies.

Before joining Auren Israel; Yoram Fishman was the manager of the financial and business fields of one of the TOP-10 consulting firms in Israel. He was the manager of a team of about 80 employees who provided services in the field of financial management to large and significant customers and also responsible for managing special projects.

Yoram is the southern region director of the BNI Israel organization.
