Machine safety

The modification or integration of machines into production lines turns employers into manufacturers for the purpose of safety and responsibility regarding  health and safety certificate required to comply with legislation on the matter.

Energy management

By monitoring consumption and “deep learning” through the Smarkia platform, the team of engineers at Auren analyse the potential of any company to save energy, in order to comply with mandatory implementation of energy audits (RD 56/2016) and/or the ongoing improvement required in  implementation of an energy management system (ISO 50001). We have extensive experience in collaborating with local administrations and entities in the implementation of EECs (European Energy Certificates). We plan control systems, and make them “open systems”, understandable in order to be integrated into other management tools and BMS for energy optimisation.

Management of projects, pmo (pmo or pmp)?

At Auren we have a team of approved Project Management Professional (PMP) consultants with extensive experience in technical assistance for the management and administration of project offices, in accordance with the methodology of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and PMP Book.

We implement project management tools and advise on their management, providing a global approach, and we follow up on each of them individually, while trying to meet deadlines, financial milestones, appropriate documentation and a review of this in systems such as implementation of ERP, CRM, etc.

Energy sector subsidies

Our team of engineers has considerable experience in advising on and managing subsidies for companies and local entities related to energy saving, low-carbon economy, etc., both in industrial and tertiary sectors and in others.

We help to identify energy service companies, and analyse the different types of energy contracts for the project finance, either though guaranteed or shared savings. Furthermore, we measure and verify the subsequent savings in accordance with internationally accepted protocols such as IMVP-EVO, in order to satisfy and define the percentages of savings needed to be qualified on to ESEs (Social State Companies) and/or ESCO.

Maintenance engineering management

Auren advises on reviewing and updating maintenance engineering plans, analysing ranges and types of maintenance, regulatory compliance and time optimisation, according to the type of company and staff assigned. We define tasks to be accomplished, as well as their optimisation and their impact on the business results.

We perform a configuration of tasks for their management in CMMS or similar systems.

We advise on the search for complete facility management and on regulatory compliance of technical facilities, in accordance with different regulations applicable, on a national, regional and local level.

Physical security

Auren provides comprehensive technical assistance services for the management of facilities, people and other related assets, promoting safety and wellbeing and guaranteeing business continuity, from a physical, technological and human resource point of view.
